One night in Frankfurt

I was in Frankfurt for only a night and considering I am from Singapore, skyscrapers and modern architecture don’t interest me. Frankfurt, however has a really nice old town and it was a nice place for me to get some much needed rest from a long flight. Not to mention all that jet lag!

As Frankfurt was my first stop in Europe, I was so shocked at how cold it was. I remember thinking I should have brought warmer clothes. Germans are really nice people, they helped me out when I was lost. I don’t know how the stereotype about them being cold and scary came about!

I was also quite surprised to find all different breeds of dogs in Frankfurt… had to look out for dog shit. I didn’t do much in Frankfurt, merely visited the old town and grabbed dinner. I slept at 9pm that night as I had to catch a 6am train to Berlin!

I’ve always wanted to start a photo blog of my travels and I thought this would be a good way to do it… I’ve decided to start with the time I did a Eurotrip last year. It was my first time traveling solo!
